‘MOVE MORE FREELY‘ CLASSES

Jim Crosthwaite and Anne Mallen are running a second set  of classes teaching the principles of the Alexander Technique and applying them to daily life. The first classes were very popular.
The classes will be held on Fridays from 1pm to 2.30pm, starting on May 18 for three weeks and maybe longer.
We’ll be helping you move more freely and breathe more easily during simple everyday activities including sitting, standing, walking, computer work, speaking, lifting and digging!
The classes are open to people with no experience of the Alexander Technique. For previous attendees, there will be plenty of new stuff. People with babies and young children are welcome - please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your baby or child.
Cost: $22 per class ($15 concession), or $50/$40 for the series of three.
Hope to see you there.
Contact: Anne Mallen on 0408024881 or mallenanne@gmail.com
