Hula Hooping Mums Group

Starts 8 August

If you’ve ever looked at your kids hula hooping and thought “that looks like fun”, well it is! It’s also a low impact cardio strength workout!
I have lots of adult sized hula hoops, so if you would like to learn to hoop or if you are already a hoopaholic (like me) come along to relax and unwind.

Greener Houses Project - Growing Greener Neighbourhoods

   As part of Jika Jika's commitment to the Greener Houses Project, volunteers are now

being trained in home energy & water conservation. A number of opportunities for

community involvement will eventuate as these volunteers utilise their new skills.

This new expertise will be applied to the Centre so that Jika Jika will become an

Eco-Living Demonstration Centre for the whole community.
